Coach Allan loves his numbers and stats, and keeps a wide variety statistics.
Another summer workout is our "Hoof-n-Pedal". Two teammates alternate between running and riding a bike over different lenghts of courses.
Personal Records - PR's
At GFC we stress showing improvement year to year in your races. We record that using your PR (personal Record). Below is a spread sheet showing the PR's of everyone that has run Cross Country for GFC since 1993.
I have also kept track of the total number of runners each person on our team has run against, since 1993, and beaten. Below is the spreadsheet showing those results
I have always liked to record each runners "split" at each mile marker during the race, to see if they are going out to fast, or slow.
