Summer running will begin Monday, June 10. Practice is held Monday-Friday at 4:00 pm in University Park (by the tennis courts.)
The main reason our teams have been successful is the training we do during the summer. By running during the summer as a team, you will develop the strength needed to improve your times and also contribute to our history of excellent cross country runners. The club is organized to provide beneficial off-season training; additionally, we participate in many fun activities such as Frisbee football, weekly runs at Turtle River State Park, and a camping trip to Bemidji State Park.
