Congrats to Senior Carrington Adams and the Central Knights for a great day at the 2013 State Indoor Meet. Carrington won the Long Jump, 21 feet, placed 3rd in the Triple Jump, 40' 11.5", and 8th in the 60m dash. We also had many Central athletes earn Personal Records (PR's) at our first meet of the 2013 season: Brandon Gregie 60m Hurdles & 400m, Carrington Adams 60m dash, Wes Austin 60m Dash, Alex Dianat 1600m & 800m.
