Although I was watching from the sidelines, the team had a very hard week this past seven days. Two speed workouts that pushed the limits of many, but it was so great to see people exceeding past their tiredness. On Friday, we had a team spaghetti feed at my new house, and it was super fun! Thank you to the parents who helped out my mom! We ate on blankets in the front yard, and then went to a nearby field and played team games. It was a blast! On Saturday we had our Central vs. Red River dual, and we competed very well. Both the girls and boys won, with a score of 17 on he girls side and 18 on the boys side. I'm very eager to see how well we compete at our next meet, Milaca!
Jordyn Thomas - Junior - Captain

This week was a fun. We had two speed work outs and a long run Tuesday. It was nice to see people have a speed workout on Monday then bounce back and do a long run the next day. I'm am particularly impressed by Chris Caraballo he has been injured for the past week or so and stays really positive about everything. He has such a desire to improve and work hard and he isn't letting his injury set him back. On Saturday we had a duel against Red River on our new cross country course. The course was great it felt really fast. It's been a great year for the central boys we have won every meet we've been at so far. The boy captains awarded David Hettich the competition disc for an overall great performance this year and a huge improvement from last year.

Leif Larsen - Soph- Captain
