Oh. My. Goodness! The Bemidji meet will definitely be one to remember! Both Varsity teams AND Junior Varsity teams came in first and we had 2 individual first place finishers: Camron Roehl in the Varsity boys race and Maggie Powell with her first win ever in the JV girls race. There were also a multitude of fantastic finishes today. The ones that stuck out to me were Richie Osborn's and Ryan Keogh's in the JV boys race, Alexis Roehl's in the Varsity girls race, and Alex Dianat's in the Varsity boys race. They all stuck it out, didn't give up,
and raced through every second till the very end!  Not only were the racers great, but the cheerers as well! Our team spirit just keeps getting better and better every race. I am proud to say that we probably have the best fan base in the entire state! The support from our team and their families and friends are a big part with our success in our races!

Rachel Cox - Junior - Captain

It has been another very successful week for the entire team. We seem to be getting closer to finally beating the heat. We got a few much needed cool days of practice this week. Regardless of the weather the team continues to work hard every day. At our meet this week, in Bemidji, we saw a lot of that hard work pay off as many runners in all divisions achieved new personal best times. One of our goals for the meet was to finish our races hard. That goal was definitely achieved. The boys captains awarded the competition disc to Alex Dianat for a great PR after a rough start to the season. We are looking forward to another busy week of practice getting ready for the dual on Saturday.

Camron Roehl - Senior - Captain
